How my journey began
About Me
I’m a clinical hypnotherapist, and I’ve been working with women since 2012, shortly after moving to Warwickshire with my young family. Before that, I worked in the corporate world, where I saw how stress can creep in and quietly take a toll on both mental and physical health. Becoming a mum made me even more aware of how much we carry — emotionally and physically — and led me to specialise in fertility, pregnancy and birth, which felt like a natural fit at the time.
As the years have passed, so has the focus of my work. I’ve continued to support women through pregnancy, but I also work with those navigating other stages of life — particularly where stress, hormones, and emotional wellbeing intersect. That’s become a big part of what I do.
More recently, I’ve been going through perimenopause myself, and it’s been a real eye-opener. The mental load of midlife — juggling teenagers, work changes, aging parents, or just feeling a bit lost — can hit hard, and it can make symptoms feel even more intense. Through my own experience, I’ve come to see how powerful hypnotherapy can be during this time.
I’ve shaped my services around what I know women need at this stage — not just to get by, but to feel more like themselves again.
